What happens before the shoot?
Once you get in touch, we’ll set a date and location that works best for you. You’ll fill out a short pre-shoot form so I can understand your preferences, ideas, and vision. If you’d like, we can also meet for a coffee or arrange a Zoom/Google Meet to chat through the details before the session.

Where will we take photos?
I’m flexible and happy to adapt to what feels right for you. Sessions can take place at your home, outdoors, or another location that’s meaningful to you. I also know many beautiful spots around Hanoi that can match the atmosphere or vibe you’re looking for.

What happens on the day of the shoot?
We’ll meet at the agreed location and start by easing into the session. I often encourage clients to engage in an activity they enjoy — it helps everyone relax and makes for natural, candid moments. If you’d like a casual and spontaneous feel, we can keep things unposed, or I can provide prompts and gentle direction to guide you through.

How long does a session last?
Most sessions run between 1–1.5 hours, depending on the type of shoot and your preferences. Newborn sessions may take a little longer to allow for breaks, feeding, or simply giving your baby time to settle.

When will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive your edited photos within 1–7 business days. I can edit them in a style you prefer, or you can leave it to my artistic style. If you’re not happy with the edits, I’m glad to make adjustments. Photos will be delivered via Google Drive for easy access, and I can also delete them from my storage at your request.

How do I pay you?
I accept cash, bank transfer, or PayPal. Payment is only due once you’re happy with your final photos.

What should we wear?
Choose outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. Neutral colors and simple patterns photograph beautifully, while coordinating (not matching) outfits can bring a cohesive look to family sessions. I’m happy to offer guidance on styling if you’d like.

What if my kids don’t cooperate?
That’s completely normal — and part of the fun! I take a relaxed approach and allow kids to be themselves. Sometimes the most genuine, joyful moments come when little ones aren’t “posing” at all.

Do you travel for sessions?
Yes! I’m based in Hanoi but happy to travel to nearby areas. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance.

Can I bring pets?
Absolutely — pets are part of the family too! Just let me know beforehand so I can plan accordingly.

How many photos will I receive?
The number of photos depends on the type of session, but you can usually expect a generous selection of fully edited images that tell the story of your day.

What if the weather is bad?
If we’re planning an outdoor session and the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can reschedule for a new date or move the shoot indoors.
